Counseling for women who need their stories to be witnessed

You were never meant to do this alone.

come on in

I saved you a seat.

If you are…

- navigating the complex grief of a child’s diagnosis

- carrying the chronic stress of caregiving and invisible loss

- processing medical trauma or life-altering illness

- untangling faith, spirituality, or religious harm

- carrying all of the responsibility for your family and feel like you are falling apart

- grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a dream

You’re in the right place.

Hi,

I’m Lisa.

My approach is rooted in the belief that therapists must be willing to do the inner work they invite clients into. I do this not from a distance, but from lived experience. Counseling has played a significant role in my own story, and that lived understanding shapes how I show up for others with humility, empathy, and intention.

If you’re seeking a gentle yet intentional therapeutic approach that integrates emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, let’s begin.

You’re ready for things to be different, even if you don’t know what that looks like yet.

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling disconnected from their emotions or unsure how to put words to what they carry.

They’re tired of surviving on autopilot and are willing to do the hard, meaningful work of trying something new.

They’re open to gently exploring how their past continues to shape their present, and they’re ready to engage their story with more honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

At the core, they’re longing for deeper, healthier relationships with themselves, with others, and sometimes with God.

Sometimes what breaks your heart fixes your vision.
