Online Support Groups
because healing happens in community
While individual therapy offers deep, personalized work, there is something uniquely powerful about sitting in a space - even virtually - with others who simply get it.
Each week, you are invited to join a free online support group designed to create connection, validation, and meaningful conversation in a safe, compassionate environment.

Grief and Loss
Grief is not one-size-fits-all. It doesn’t follow a timeline. And it doesn’t only show up after death.
This weekly group welcomes individuals experiencing all types of grief, including:
Loss of a loved one
Anticipatory grief
Complicated or traumatic grief
Miscarriage or infertility
Chronic illness or medical trauma
Loss of identity
Relationship endings
Life transitions that feel like loss
Together, we create space to name what hurts, honor what was, and gently explore how to carry both love and loss forward. You don’t need to “be further along.” You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to show up.
This group emphasizes validation, psychoeducation about the grief process, and compassionate meaning-making because love and grief are forever intertwined.
Parenting a child with disabilities is layered, sacred, exhausting, and beautiful often all at once.
This weekly group is a space for:
Processing caregiver burnout
Navigating medical systems and advocacy fatigue
Holding grief alongside gratitude
Managing sibling dynamics
Reclaiming identity beyond caregiving
Building sustainable emotional resilience
You do not have to explain the acronyms.
You do not have to justify your exhaustion.
You do not have to pretend you’re fine.
As both a clinician and a parent within this world, I understand the invisible emotional labor that comes with loving a child who requires more. This group blends therapeutic guidance with authentic peer connection because sometimes the most healing words are, “me too.”
